We are excited to announce that we have upgraded our cloud infrastructure to provide you with better performance and reliability. As part of this upgrade, your server will be migrated to our new console.
Please note that the migration for the following locations will take place from July 15th to July 22nd: New York City and Miami. The migration will be executed between 10 PM and 10 AM IDT, 9 PM and 9 AM CEST, 3 AM and 3 PM HKT, 6 PM and 6 AM CDT.
During this time, you may experience some service disruptions, and a reboot might be needed. We will do our best to keep the downtime to a minimum, and we expect it to last no more than 15 minutes.
We are happy to inform you that the migrated servers will run through the new management console. By visiting https://service.vpsserver.com/servers/ you can see your server(s) in the old and new console. It may be necessary to refresh the page after logging in to ensure the new console loads correctly. If the new console does not appear, please select "new console" at the bottom left to have direct access to the new management console.
